VisoneCo Site Development and Stonewall Property Management is a Real Estate Developer, General Contractor, Property Manager, and Infrastructure Construction company currently seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic, and dedicated full-time Leasing Consultant. This position will be an integral role in the operations, growth, and organizational strength of our company. The main criteria for this position are attention to details, high level of organization, exceptional sales skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for property management functions including but not limited to day-to-day marketing and sales, social media and online presence management, leasing, administration, documentation, rent collection, tenant retention, property maintenance, and reporting with a maximum emphasis on customer service and tenant retention.

Primary Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

  • Actively promote and market our company’s portfolio of properties to prospective tenants.
  • Ensure prompt and thorough response to all property-related phone calls, emails, messages and mail driving conversion from phone and online inquiries to professional property tours and completed lease agreements ultimately closing sales in a swift and efficient manner.
  • Effectively convey the advantages, amenities, and characteristics of the property portfolio with detail and accuracy.
  • Maintain positive and professional representation of the company, fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders, particularly current and prospective tenants. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure tenant retention and maximize property leasing success.
  • Administer the leasing process from inception to completion including tenant relations, applications and screenings, collection of rents, move-ins and move-outs, renewals, late payments, eviction filings and all other associated duties.
  • Coordinate service arrangements, effectively resolve issues, and actively prioritize tenant satisfaction.
  • Record and track all activities including prospect interactions, tenant relations and maintenance tasks meticulously in designated databases.
  • Provide timely support for maintenance requests, dispatching maintenance crews and vendors, address tenant concerns, and resolve issues in a friendly and responsive manner.
  • Prepare term sheets, contracts, leases, and renewals in an accurate and timely fashion strictly following company policies and procedures.
  • Manage marketing efforts including accurate online and physical listings, social media presence and overall brand management.
  • Ensure the accurate upkeep of tenant and property files, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of lease terms, specifications, and community policies.
  • Procure necessary supplies and upkeep in accordance and as required per company policy.
  • Successfully prioritize and reconcile the objectives of Upper Management and tenants to achieve optimal occupancy, rental targets, and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job:

  • 1 to 2 years of property leasing experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record and personal vehicle required.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong analytical thought process with sound judgement and a keen attention to detail.
  • Must be a self-starter with a collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exemplary computer skills and demonstrated ability to learn new technologies.
  • Experience with Yardi Property Management software is a plus.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
